Thank you. After much trouble shooting, checking that I had accepted all agreements, etc, right clicking on the the "Downloads" button and selecting "Open Link In New Window" worked. Thanks for posting this work around, I don't think I would have thought of doing this otherwise.

Thank you. Seems like Xcode 15 is very buggy in many respects. This workaround got my tests running again!!! Saved me hours of frustration!
