@CloudosaurusRex01 @wmcnally Same issue here. I have a list, each item in the list has a toggle, and when I delete an item I get the index out of range error. Only started with the 18.3.1 update. If I replace the binding on my toggle with a constant, no crash. If ya'll find a solution please pass it along.
