Same issues as most of you, I have sent my phone in 3 time, so far every time they have sent it back saying they cannot find an issue. Twice on the phone I was told they will send me a replacement phone cause there is an issue and yet they keep sending back my old phone. I've been using my daughter's cheap old Samsung phone and it works pretty good. Liked my Apple, always owned Apple and bought them for my kids, may be a good time to make Andriod our new family update!

The update also crashed my phone, I have sent it in to Apple three times, they send me back my same phone saying there was no issue. When I cannot use my cellular abilities there is an issue. I have been told last time they would just bypass repair and send me a replacement since it has been confirmed twice there is an issues, yet no replacement is being sent.I have been using my daughter's cheap old Samsung phone during the month mine has been having issues and it works great. Starting to think the only way to get a working phone is to switch to Samsung?
