The update also crashed my phone, I have sent it in to Apple three times, they send me back my same phone saying there was no issue. When I cannot use my cellular abilities there is an issue. I have been told last time they would just bypass repair and send me a replacement since it has been confirmed twice there is an issues, yet no replacement is being sent.I have been using my daughter's cheap old Samsung phone during the month mine has been having issues and it works great. Starting to think the only way to get a working phone is to switch to Samsung?
