Thanks Quinn. I waited for more than a week, and I now have a notarization log for one of the submissions. The submission is no longer just stuck In Progress. It is now rejected with: statusCode: 7000 statusSummary: Team is not yet configured for notarization. Job ID: 986b0c5e-e32f-489f-bc86-3b3c7d7ec91d So it does not appear to be a binary/code-signing validation issue. It looks like the new team is not configured for Developer ID notarization after the app transfer.
