Hello there, I'm facing the same issue and I couldn't find any answer yet. We got our app approved yesterday and I can see it under the Custom Apps section. For testing purposes, we purchased 5 redemption codes and I can see the row which contains the order number and the quantity, but no download button on sight... Any suggestion or advice would be much appreciated.
