Same problem for me. Worse, I can see absolutely no way to make connections anymore. Some people reported that they could somehow still drag from the outlet inspector to code if they first manually created an outlet but for me this does nothing either. Clicking on the inspector bubbles or dragging from them does absolutely nothing. I currently have no way of making IBOutlet connections (apart from going back to 26.3 apparently). How can such basic functionality just disappear like that and continue to not work after the next update? Bug filed: FB22658201
