According to the specifications and MDN after loading page in new tab history length should be 1 (https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/API/History/length). Whereas when clicking link with target=_blank in Safari the history.length on new page returns 2. Reproduced on IOS 15.4.1

Reproduced on IOS 15.4.1 There are two html pages on different domains the first page has a _blank link to the second page open first page, click link to navigate to the second page call history.back() on the second page. one more time click the link to go to the second page now requestAnimationFrame is not working on that page NOTE: pages should be on different domains. on the same domain Raf works.
