requestAnimationFrame does not work when navigating second time to the page after calling history.back() on it

Reproduced on IOS 15.4.1

• There are two html pages on different domains
• the first page has a _blank link to the second page
• open first page, click link to navigate to the second page
• call history.back() on the second page.
• one more time click the link to go to the second page
• now requestAnimationFrame is not working on that page

NOTE: pages should be on different domains. on the same domain Raf works.
