Interesting that I'm seeing this problem on a Macbook pro (16-inch, 2021) M1 - running Monterey 12.3.1 and a razer thunderbolt 4.0 hub with two monitors plugged in via displayport. Switched to a smaller 3 port hub and used the HDMI built into the laptop and the problem went away, I was getting a reboot on wake up at least 3 times a day otherwise.
