Use BetterTouchTool. Sure you have to pay $22 for lifetime access. But allows full mapping of the mouse buttons (some need to be mapped through keyboard but just select ("works on keyboard of same type used for recording") so that buttons mapped on the mouse aren't mapped on your actual keyboard. Working great for me so far and just on the free trial. My wife got me this mouse for my birthday and we didn't know it was tailored to windows. But I'm loving it with the app
