I am facing the same issue on my 14" M1 Max MBP, bought in November 2021. CMD + immedaitly tapping to click requires 3 taps for it to register. I have also found that clicking the CMD key then waiting a few seconds before tapping the trackpad registers the tap to click. Has anyone updated to 12.4? if yes, does the issue still exist?
