While it’s a powerful framework, adding active hardware (LEDs/IMU) is unfeasible due to strict clinical and weight constraints of medical simulation on a 1mm needle. However, your response brings great clarity. We will take this as a definitive confirmation that a purely computer-vision-based, passive tracking approach for objects this thin and specular remains a known limitation on visionOS. Thanks again!
