This is the below solution worked for me: In SPM, changed the Dependency Rule to "Exact Version" for dependencies facing issues. Then, enter the latest version (2nd last version is recommended) for all dependencies. Previously, I used "branch" as a dependency rule along with the branch name. Resolve Package Versions After these steps, was able to upload build to AppStore. Thanks!
