In case of using AssetPlaybackManager.sharedManager.setAssetForPlayback(asset) logic with setting asset with local link - launching goes without delay, but in 65% of cases after reopening it plays video without audio. without using KVO for timely configuration and launch of the player (just create player vc, player item and player with local file link) - behavior as described above
