I meant to reply here but ended up posting a new reply to the main thread. Basically, I can reproduce the issue on a brand new M5 with the latest Xcode 26 using Virutalbuddy and several other virtualization apps (Anka, etc). They all throw a Virtualization error of "A software update is required"
