We believe this is due to a change in the way Developer mode is switched. In iOS17, you can switch in the following sections Settings -> Privacy & Security -> Developer mode Switching On and Off has solved the problem for me. Delete pairing in Xcode. Turn off Developer mode and reboot. Turn on Developer mode and reboot. Pairing again.
