Thank you for the clarification. Because the users are usually end users (not companies), I believe I cannot apply VAT refund for the IAP income in my country. Problem is, in my mentioned app, you just get credit used to buy digital content from other people. We don't sell anything, just provide platform for users to do so. Is there any option to choose Apple not to take care of your taxes and manage them on your own?
