I have the same issue with the same symptoms - framework called FeatureFlags, crashes when starting on simulator, only happens for some of the team. I did at one point manage to "fix" it by removing all trace of Xcode from my machine and starting from scratch, but it's come back in the last day or two. I've just tried your solution of renaming the framework and that's done the trick, so it does sound like some sort of naming conflict with a private framework.
