Same issue here, on the same reviewer setup. Has anyone found the cause, or got an approval since? Rejected under 2.1(b) on 14 Oct 2026. The reviewer’s device was an iPad Air 11-inch (M3) on iPadOS 27.0, running our iPhone-only app in compatibility mode. The paywall showed our “plans aren’t available” message, so StoreKit returned no products. First version (1.0) with our first auto-renewable subscriptions: two in one group. Both subscriptions are “Ready for Review” and were submitted with the version. They are available in all territories, including the US. Paid Apps Agreement, tax and banking are active. RevenueCat (react-native-purchases 10.9.0, purchases-ios 5.87.1, StoreKit 2). RevenueCat’s logs show the reviewer’s device reached their backend. No purchase was attempted. The same build loads the products and completes a purchase in TestFlight. Specifically: Did resubmitting the same build pass on a later review, or did you change something? Did Code-Level Support or App Review ever tell you the cause? @App Store Commerce Engineer: is there a known issue with StoreKit product requests in the review environment on iPadOS 27, or for iPhone apps running on iPad?
