Same here on iPhone 17 Pro and viewed in CarPlay. Both worked fine until upgrade to public beta for iOS27 and now neither AutoPlay or AutoMix are available. toggling in settings also has no impact. Both options are greyed out in both Apple music app and Apple Music in CarPlay.
