Hello, I'm enrolling in the Apple Developer Program as an Individual (Case ID: 102988768518). On October 18, Developer Support asked me to upload my passport and said a separate email with an upload link would be sent from Apple Support. That email never arrived. I've checked the inbox, spam and all folders. When I open the file upload page on the Developer Contact site directly while signed in with my Apple Account, it shows: "Sorry, you don't have access. Your account isn't authorized to upload files." I replied to the advisor's email on October 19 and asked for the link to be resent, but I haven't received a reply yet. My passport is ready and I'll upload it the same day I get a working link. Could Developer Support please resend the upload request or enable uploads for my account? Thank you.
