If the temperature is decreasing suddenly, I can send a push notification even in terminated state. Instead of push notification, I want to display the data in dynamic island. For that, I need the pushtostarttokenupdates to start the live activity via push notification. This is what I am trying to do.

How to start the live activity using push notification even when the app is in terminated/ killed state? I have implemented the logic, it is only working in foreground always, sometimes in background and never in terminate state.
