Same issue as @rowi, I was assigned distribution entitlements, my main target is updated correctly, but all my other targets are still in development. I've tried refreshing by toggling automatic signing, and removing the family controls (development) entitlement, but cant seem to get the distribution entitlement to appear in the capabilities list for my other targets.
