I have Xcode 12 and when I open the project in swift 3 it says I should use Xcode 10 to update to swift 4. When I followed your instructions swift code was not updated.

Thanks. I Tried it. Didn't work. So any idea why earlier versions of Xcode crash as soon as I open them? And what can be done to fix that? Thanks again!
