I mean i don't get it I thought apple was like prestigious I see people pay thousands for your products But me what i see, is only bugs on macos, and no help when i have a problem

In my case, i think i've been redirected here, because the apple employee who received my mail, was not competent, neither to know the cause of my issue, neither to transfer me to someone who does (I'm not an apple fanboy) My issue is that i had to come on this forum, to know that the bug i'm encountering (since multiple days) is also occurring for other people i would expect some apple website, where they would announce the bugs they are aware of, so at least we know they know, and why not some ETA etc Or maybe such website exists? If not, why not? ...........................
