same problem here - IMAC 2017 with Big Sur 11.3.1. crashes almost daily - never had this before. First i suspected overheating and activity monitor showed almost 99% CPU time for one drive (which i never use). I de-installed one-drive and then unit worked fine. After upgrade to 11.3.1. Big sur now these crashes. Big headache.
