Hi ! Sadly as you noticed there's no support for App Store API Keys for enterprise accounts. In order to interact with the API for enterprise you need to use a valid session cookie, it's way easier to do so if you're using a tool like fastlane for the interaction. Cheers

So, turns out that our Enterprise account expired and the account owner was on holidays that week(the one to receive the apple email about account expiration). Sorry for the trouble, I'm closing this as I've already verified that the API is working fine after account renewal.
