I am coming from react-native land, and here to report this issue is affecting hundreds/thousands of iOS apps. Even tho this issue is for simulator, I for some reason am failing App Review now, and the only thing I have been able to isolate that changed is 18.4. I haven't been able to reproduce on a device, and yet I am failing app review which apparently uses real devices, but they are seeing the network failure issues.
