confirmed: still occurs on 10.0.1

"From that, any kind of installation of watch app will work (Xcode run, watch app installs) & permission problems won't re-occur" → I was a bit too optimistic. It comes back out of nowhere a few days later. Let's hope for an OS fix sooner than later.
