I have exactly the same

I am experiencing the same problem. And sadly resetting "Don't ask me" didn't work. In my case, building an launching in my case sometimes works fine but sometimes it doesn't. Once it stops working, I need to quit the simulator in order to make it work again. It is very annoying.
