Do you get a warning about the accessory being uncertified, or does "nothing" happen? No warning Also, is your phone able to charge through other sources? Finally, have you tried restarting the device? I answered this on question 1 Please help me to solve this problem, thank you

...still on question 1 But when the charging port is connected, then i restart my phone without unplugging the charger, after the phone's booted, it starts to charge. The other phones i tried, they were charged normally without restarting the phone, they were 14 pro(ios18) and 13(ios26). My 14 pro is charged normally using any lightning charger without connecting to usb otg.

@DTS Engineer Thank you for responding, I just see your reply. What actually happens when you plug the device in? The mopai kt393's otg ports work normally. Any device plugged is detected in my 14 pro(ios27), such as ssd, hdd, dac dongle, flashdisk, even i connect mopai kt393 to another usb hub which has rj45 port. Only the charging port does not work normally.
