Like I mentioned before - I am suffering from the same problems. My iPhone XS is going to be replaced by Apple due to these issues without any hesitation. Maybe they are aware of this problem?! Same for me. Updated to iOS 14.0.1 with iPhone XS. Cellular is disconnecting after 5 minutes. Only rebooting helps (airplane mode does not work). Carrier (in Germany) is telekom. Happens to my hardware SIM and eSIM used at the time.
