Same for me. Updated to iOS 14.0.1 with iPhone XS. Cellular is disconnecting after 5 minutes. Only rebooting helps (airplane mode does not work). Carrier (in Germany) is telekom. Happens to my hardware SIM and eSIM used at the time.

Like I mentioned before - I am suffering from the same problems. My iPhone XS is going to be replaced by Apple due to these issues without any hesitation. Maybe they are aware of this problem?!
