The goal is to offer a Passkey Provider that exclusively provides device-bound passkeys (not synced to the cloud) for corporate relying parties. To avoid confusion, I want my provider to be excluded from the selection list for all other relying parties, as I don’t intend to manage them, and customers will likely prefer their passkeys to sync to the cloud. Other operating systems, like Android, provide this functionality, and I was hoping to achieve a similar user experience within the Apple ecosystem.
