The full disk access feature is working. Take a look at TCC.DB. TCC.DB is located in "/Library/Application Support/com.apple.TCC/TCC.db". This issue is a bug where CLI applications are not displayed in "Security and Privacy."

It seems that this change has affected the settings for Screen Recording and Full Disk Access. The Screen Recording and Full Disk Access sections in Privacy & Security settings now show only applications and do not show Unix executables. I assume this is simply a bug, but if it is an intentional change, I would appreciate any clarification. If so, what should be done for affected systems? Wrapping Unix executables in an application bundle to make them appear in System Settings is one possible workaround, but not ideal. For systems where multiple Unix executables work together and run in the background, wrapping some of them in an application bundle would affect the entire system. This is especially problematic for systems that install or uninstall with one click and update automatically from a server. Personally, I hope the option to display Unix executables will be restored, even if this was an intentional change. Any thoughts would be appreciated.
