Hello, we have a similar issue with the certification process. Our submission was sent on May 22 and we got a refusal on May 27. The response was We received your recent request to participate in the WPC Certification Program, but are unable to accommodate your request at this time. We sincerely appreciate your interest However, when we replied to the contact email asking for clarifications and context and we got no answer to this day. Like you, we cannot reapply for a second submission in the WPC Certification Portal. The UI shows "Enrollment form declined" whenever we log in. In order to bypass this, we applied for a second submission using another apple developper account linked to our organization. Our second submission was sent on June 30th and we got a refusal on August 2026. The reason cited is the same as for the first submission. There seems to be no reliable communication path with Apple regarding this issue. We sent emails on diferent canals such as access-partnerships -> no reply wallet-access-info -> no-reply wpcreadercert -> no-reply Apple Developer Program Support -> redirected to Apple Care We have no solutions to propose but we would be interested in getting this resolved as well.
