Similar issue, after iOS 18 release, some users have reported losing location data. we found that app is being terminated by the system and stop recording location. At the same time, the Significant locations service and the Visits location service have stopped functioning entirely. we reviewed the project: Background mode is properly configured, the CLLocationManager settings are correct(allow background updated, do not pause automatically), and location service authorization is set to 'Always' by user. (It seems that the more frequently users open the app, the more likely it is to remain active.)
