Same issue here. I have filed a bug report and have not heard anything. I have not upgrade my phone to 15.2 for fear of spreading the issue to my phone. Have you ONLY need this issue on your iPad?

I have the exact same issue. Every YouTuber and tech journalists had it approved in 10-15 min. I am in the US, so that is the issue. Whats going on here Apple? Thanks
