@olysachok thanks for confirming. In my experiece Apple mostly only starts fixing when the US comes line (hence the status page all green).

Same in France. I have a build 1 stuck in TestFlight since last night, uploaded build 2 this morning but it never showed. Now build 3 threw this same rejection error. Apple Support can't see build 2 but it is somewhere because 1 and 2 cannot be uploaded again. Finding something else to do...
