I have a iMac 4K Retina 5k. 27-inch Late 2014 in pristine condition too. It is virtually worthless now as I cannot upgrade to Monterey from Big Sur in order to install Xcode 14. My planned app deployment is now effectively cancelled. Planned obsolescence during a recession is not a good move.
