Hi, please could you tell me - where is there an option to schedule a call under support? I did call their 1-800 number (not cheap from outside the U.S!) and that call centre told me they they have no contact with the apple developer program and that, I should use the chat option, there is no chat option. I've been waiting over a month, zero response from apple support via the email option.
