I'm not sure how to post the whole project here and if it necessary, but all you need to change is Mac -> Mac (Mac Catalyst) in Supported Destinations project settings.

Having the same issue with Xcode 26.2 and macOS 26.2. Furthermore, I noticed that you are using a native Mac app, not Mac Catalyst (based on the screenshot provided).
