I am a recent graduate. I need to enroll in the Apple Individual Developer Program to publish my own apps, gain iOS development experience, and try to build a career as an independent developer. However, I am stuck at the subscription enrollment step, and Apple Support couldn't give me any specific reason. I've also read online that this situation might mean being permanently blacklisted.
