I'm also experiencing a similar issue. A system network disconnection occurs probabilistically when upgrading/installing the app. The network recovers after disabling the NEFilterDataProvider, but breaks again when it's re-enabled. It might be related to UDP traffic. Do you have any workarounds, Bro?
