I'm facing the exact same issue. I followed the suggestion from the DTS engineer and confirmed that the correct country code is set for the SKExternalLinkAccount key in my Info.plist file. I also verified the device's Apple Account country settings, but unfortunately, the problem has not been resolved. The situation remains the same: the modal only appears in English when the app is installed via TestFlight.
