Same here, each day, multiple times a day. MacBook Pro (13-inch, 2020, Four Thunderbolt 3 ports) Using the MacBook's display + 2 external monitors @ 60Hz I guess. Never had any freeze issue before the update to Monterey. It's SO frustrating.
