Comment on After uninstalling the app, ManagedSettingsStore.shield is still active — seems to be an Apple system behavior
I have contacted two users who are experiencing this issue very severely. Both of their devices are running iOS 18.6.2. During the lock screen period, they uninstalled my app, but the lock screen process wasn’t cleared and switched to Apple’s default interface. Even after rebooting, the devices stayed locked. One user had to factory reset per Apple Support. The other reinstalled my app and used a manual unlock switch, which successfully unlocked the device.
