Using the following command, I was able to build or test (in Xcode 15 RC): xcodebuild build -scheme Your-Package -sdk iphonesimulator17.0 -destination "OS=17.0,name=iPhone 15 Pro"

I sent feedback to Apple by the bug report a month ago, but I haven't received a reply yet. It has also been reproduced in the official release version of iOS 15.

Widget Suggestions works on my widget. It sometimes appears when I change the time or date on the device. Xcode 13 beta 5 / iOS 15 beta 8 (real device, not a simulator)
