Same here - after two binaries silently dropped (no error message, didn't appear in App Store Connect's TestFlight), started getting the following error for new builds: ITMS-90000: This bundle is invalid - $message. Unticking "Upload your app's symbols to receive symbolicated reports from Apple" didn't help.
